Adam Lawrence – 4 Pillars of Property Investment

Adam Lawrence has approached property from a background in finance and wealth management alongside significant experience as a sports trader.  He also has a strong educational pedigree with 2 masters’ degrees under his belt including an MBA.  He has scaled a large portfolio in a comparatively short space of time, going from 3 properties in 2010 to over 150 properties in 2018. 

In order to achieve this scale he has been involved in more than than £10m of successful joint ventures for a whole host of different reasons – to leverage experience, funding, professional building and surveying skills, and because he prefers working in teams and collaborative environments.  Adam has bought both property and property businesses at significant discounts and the result is a symbiotic machine.

Adam Lawrence presents his “Four Pillars of Property Investment” – a talk aimed at investors of all levels, from beginner to those with 1000+ Properties.  These Four Pillars have all the ingredients needed for long-term success as a property investor. Filled with real-life examples of deals done, deals not done, and lessons learned on the way to accumulating a portfolio of over 150 properties.
