Andrew’s background is that he is a Chartered Surveyor with 34 years experience in the property industry with a specialism in property development. 

Andrew has been investing in residential property since 2010 and is a BTL and HMO landlord as well as developed many residential units.

He has also been responsible for the development of c 3 million square foot of warehouse space, 5000 square foot of office space and has brought through the planning process of around 500 acres of land for development.

His current focus is on developing CROWD PROPERTY and there is a need to P2P lending. 

Andrew will talk about how their projects are being funded in just minutes and most importantly delivering a better deal for both property professional borrowers and lenders at great rates with the confidence of first charge security.
