Dan Hulbert – The Refurb Coach has 15 years of practitioner experience ranging from housing association contracts to high net worth individuals, working on large scale extensions and conversions. Dan has grown his own portfolio and worked with a vast amount of property investors to help them grow theirs. 

Delivering his keynote throughout the UK on ‘THE REFURB SYSTEM’ which was formulated through success and challenges within the building and property industries. The system itself consists of 3 parts and 21 steps which cover People, Preparation and Procedure.
