With over a decade of experience and unsurpassed industry knowledge, Mike Frisby is a full-time property developer, investor, mentor and business strategist (to complement his investment activities, Mike also hosts the Regent’s Park pin meeting).  Mike is a committed and focused professional that works with investors one-on-one to place them on the path to prosperity.  For the last 2 years, he has been focusing on converting freehold to leasehold projects, refurbishment projects and also HMO conversion. In fact, in the first 6 months of 2016 he added over 100 rooms to his existing multi-million pound portfolio and is currently diversifying and scaling up the business in order to create long-term wealth and security through property investment. 

Mike’s talk this month will be about his journey to 100 rooms, how he has unique abilities to obtain added values from strategic deals, upgrading standards to increase occupancy & higher rental values, planning gains, commercial finance and sharing his plans for 2018 as well as show-casing some of his best property deals.
